Other Ingredients: Fiber base consisting of Psyllium Seed Husk, Gelatin, Croscarmellose Sodium, Purified Water, MCT, Stearic Acid, Silica.

Free Of: Tablet coatings, binders or colors. No soy, yeast, wheat, egg, citrus and all milk and lactose containing products.

Directions: As a dietary supplement, take one capsule daily.

Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigeration is not required.
