Directions

Suggested Use: Take one scoop (approximately 5g) mixed in juice or water four times daily for five days (loading phase). Thereafter, take one scoop one to two times daily. Drink plenty of water each day when supplementing with creatine. Do not exceed recommended dose. Alway consult your physician before using any dietary supplement.
